摘要
采用三维有限元方法对爪极发电机的磁场和结构进行了研究。基于ANSOFT软件对发电机空载和负载气隙磁场进行了计算仿真,反映了电枢反应对气隙磁场的影响,同时利用MATLAB软件对空载气隙磁密进行了谐波分析。通过对爪极发电机漏磁的分析和相关结构的优化,得出了电机结构尺寸与效率的关系曲线,论证了结构尺寸对爪极发电机效率的影响。最后通过基于正交试验原理的方法,优化出了电机结构尺寸的最优解。
The magnetic field and structure of a claw-pole alternator were analyzed using three dimensional finite element method. The air-gap magnetic fields were calculated by using ANSOFT, showing the effect of the armature reaction on the air-gap magnetic fields, and the harmonic of air-gap fields was analyzed using MATLAB. By analyzing the flux leakage and optimizing the structure, the curve and relationship of structure size and efficiency of alternator were obtained. Based on the principle of orthogonal test method, the optimal solution of structure size was optimized.
