基于教育公平视角下的影子教育利弊探析

The Advantages and Disadvantages of Shadow Education under the Perspective of Educational Equity

文章分析了影子教育产生的原因:对教育价值的过高期望、对稀缺的优质教育资源的恶性竞争、家庭对子女教育的重视及教育经费投入不足,教师工资不高。并指出,尽管影子教育具有能够弥补正规教育体系的不足等作用,但对教育公平却产生了不利影响。因此,政府只有继续加大教育投入,同时运用法律手段对影子教育实施规范管理,这样才能从根本上消除影子教育带来的不利影响。

This paper analyzes the causes for the creation of shadow education, such as , inflated expectations for education values, cutthroat competition for rare excellent education resources, less family emphasis on children and educational funding, teachers＇ lower salary and so on. Although shadow education can make up the disadvantages of regular education system, it has bad influence on the educational equity. In order to eliminate the bad influences, the government needs to expand educational investment, and implement standardized management to shadow education with legal methods.
