摘要
供应链中的企业在低碳化目标下的运营机制改进和创新过程中,碳排放权交易机制是一个重要的影响因素。目前通行的碳排放权交易机制包括免费分配、阈值分配、固定价格出售以及公开拍卖方式。建立不同的碳排放权交易机制模型,研究不同机制的指标对企业运营决策的影响,在保障供应链整体利润条件下,找出能够有效地使企业自发进行低碳化决策的决定性因素。仿真结果表明,碳排放有偿分配机制比无偿分配机制更有效地促使企业自发选择降低碳排放量的环保优先型策略,公开拍卖机制相对于固定价格出售机制,其碳排放价格能够更合理地反映市场状况,有利于企业进行更加有效的决策。
Carbon emissions trading mechanism is an provement and innovation of business respond to acts ent there are some general mechanisms for carbon important factor of research on the operation mechanism im- of low-carbon from the perspective of supply chain. At pres- emission trading, including free distribution, allocation based on threshold, fixed-price sale and public auction. This paper established different carbon emissions trading mecha- nism simulation model, studied the impact of business decisions by different carbon emissions trading to identify the effective spontaneous decision for low-carbon trading mechanism indemnifying the overall profits of the supply chain. Simulation results showed that in carbon emissions allocation system, paid mechanisms were more effective- ly promote self-selected companies to reduce carbon emissions than free mechanisms, and there was more obvious- ly incentive effect for public auction mechanisms than fixed-price selling mechanism for the enterprise to carry on a more effective decision-making.
