摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体-发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定三叶青药材中12种微量元素。三叶青药材中含量丰富的微量元素,依次为Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Ba等,其中Cd、Pb和As含量极低或未检出。该方法的相对标准偏差为0.1%—3.5%,加标回收率为96.7%—103.0%,可为测定其他药材中的微量元素提供参考的方法和理论依据。
The 12 kind of the trace elements in Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et. Gilg were detemined by ICP-OES. Different kind of trace elements were found in Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et. Gilg in which the richest is,in turn, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, Ba. The harmful heavy metal such as Cd,Pb and As was extremely low or did not pick out. The RSDs were in the range of 0.1%--3.5%, and the recoveries were between 96. 7; and 103%. The method provides some references and theoretical basis for determination of trace elements in the other medicinal plant.
