摘要
阀控铅酸蓄电池需要维护测试和故障预测。通常采用的电池容量试验和通过监测电池电压预测单体电池故障的方法不是理想的方法。而利用电池内阻预测单体电池故障是非常有效的 ,该方法可以替代电池容量试验方法。本文讨论阀控铅酸蓄电池故障机理 ,分析现行电池故障预测方法存在的问题 ,介绍通过测量电池内阻预测阀控铅酸蓄电池故障的方法。
Valve regulated lead acid battery monitoring and failure prediction are necessary. But the normal method of cell failure prediction which depend on the battery capacity test and cell voltage is not ideal method. The predictive method for cell failure by monitoring the cell impedance is very effective method which can replace the frequently battery capacity test.The article discusses the failure mechanisms of valve regulated lead acid battery,in succession analyses exised question of the normal method,finally introduces methods of VRLA failure prediction by monitoring battery internal impedance.
