摘要
针对实时监视故障诊断研究,提出在时间序列模型AR(n)的基础上,通过加权系数来构建三级监视门限,利用灰色GM(1,1)预测模型对参数状态做出预测。实时故障诊断采用故障树分析和案例知识相融合的方法,提高了故障诊断的可靠性和高效性。最后,设计并实现了一个基于Internet的远程监视及实时故障诊断系统,实践表明系统具备较强的通用性和实用价值。
For real-time monitoring fault diagnosis is proposed on the basis of the time series model AR(n),the weighting factor to build the three thresholds for monitoring,use of gray GM(1,1) prediction model to predict the parameter status.Real-time fault diagnosis using fault tree analysis and case knowledge integration methods to improve the reliability and efficiency of fault diagnosis.Finally,design and implementing an Internet remote monitoring and real-time fault diagnosis system,the practice shows that the system has strong versatility and practical value.
