摘要
目的探讨绩效考核在基层医院护理管理工作中的效果。方法根据我院实际,制定护理岗位绩效考核标准。比较绩效考核标准实施前后患者对护理工作满意度和护理质量等指标。结果实施护理岗位绩效考核后,患者对护理工作满意率明显上升(P<0.05);护理差错事例显著减少(P<0.01);护理质量显著提高(P<0.01)。结论基层医院护理岗位实施绩效考核标准,能够显著提高护理人员业务水平,提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application of performance assessment in nursing management of the basic hospital.Methods According to our practical,performance evaluation standard for nursing position.Compare performance evaluation standard of care patients before and after implementation of the job satisfaction and the quality of nursing and other projects.Results After implementation of care post performance evaluation,the nursing work satisfaction rate significantly increased(P0.05);the nursing error was significantly reduced(P0.01);improve the quality of nursing(P0.01).Conclusion Performance assessment in nursing management of the basic hospital can improve nursing staff business level、 the quality of nursing and patients'satisfaction.
