THE PRELIMINARY TEST AND RESEARCH OF TiC BASED HEAT-RESISTANT STEEL-BONDED CEMENTED CARBIDE

摘要 研究了以 Ti C为硬质相 ,相当于热作模具钢 (H 13)为粘结相的耐热钢结硬质合金。测试了在不同淬火温度下和高温回火状态下的硬度和部分机械性能及显微组织。证明该合金有进一步研究和实际应用的价值。 a kind of heat-resistant steel bonded cemented carbide has been investigated,which has TiC as the hard phase, a kind of steel that is equivalent to heat-resistant mould steel (H13) as the binder phase. The hardenss, some mechanical properties and microstructure at various quenching temperatures and in different high-temperature tempered states have been measured. It has been testifies the material that has the value to study further and put into praltical application.
