摘要
以Al-Mg-Si系合金为研究对象,分析了Mg/Si质量比对合金显微组织、腐蚀性能及电导率的影响。结果表明:Mg/Si质量比为1.5时试样铸态晶粒均匀细小,其强度和塑性达到最佳配合,二者比值超过1.73后,抗拉强度急剧降低。Mg/Si质量比在1.5~1.7范围内合金腐蚀性能相对稳定,Mg/Si质量比大于1.73或小于1.5后材料的耐蚀性能下降显著。过剩Mg元素对Al-Mg-Si系合金的电导率有较大影响,Mg/Si质量比为1.65时材料的导电性能较高。
With experimental data of AI - Mg - Si aluminum alloy,the effects of Mg/Si mass ratio on microscopic structure, corrosive property and electrical conductivity of the alloy were studied. The results indicate that the as - cast structure of the samples are fine and homogeneous when Mg/Si mass ratio is 1.5, and its strength and ductility match optimum, the tensile strength decreases sharply when the ratio is more than 1.73. The corrosion resistance of the alloy is stable when Mg/Si mass ratio is in the range of 1.5 to 1.7,its corrosion resistance degrades rapidly when the ratio is over 1.73 or less than 1. 5. Surplus Mg has great effect on the conductivity of AI - Mg - Si alloy,its conductive property is better when Mg/Si mass ratio is 1.65 or so.
