摘要
乌兰察布地区风电场并网发电,而地区电网建设滞后于风电场送出需求,出现限发、弃风等现象。以玫瑰营风电场为例,对风电场220 kV、110 kV、35 kV分布式接入方案进行技术条件、经济性比较,并结合乌兰察布地区局部电网实际,从潮流方向、电压质量和继电保护的影响等方面进行分析,确定了风电场最优接入系统方案:将该风电场分为3部分,分别接入35 kV乌拉哈变、五十号变、柏宝庄变变。分析结果证明,风电场分布式接入方案可有效缓解局部电网限发现象,为风电场接入方案的选择提供参考。
Many wind farms interconnected into the Wulanchabu regional power grid in recent years,the construction scale of the grid is lagging behind total installed increasing capacity of the wind farms,so the grid often limits wind power generation output,sometimes even prohibits the wind power generation.The paper determines that the optimal grid access scheme for the wind power plant is to be divided into three parts:each part of the plant respectively connected to the 35 kV Wulaha substation,35 kV Wushihao substation and Baibaozhuang substation.The results of studies prove that the distributed grid access scheme for wind farms can effectively alleviate restrictions on wind power of the local power grid which provide reference for the selection of the programmes of wind farm integrated into power grid.
