摘要
针对大功率Bi Buck-Boost直流变换装置进行了研究,采用工程设计法设计了基于电流模式闭环控制的调节器。搭建了试验样机,并以TMS320F28335为核心控制单元设计了控制电路。为便于实现数字调节器,推导了两个具有高阶形式调节器的增量式数字调节器算法。通过仿真程序和试验样机分别对双向直流变换装置的输出特性进行了验证。仿真和试验结果一致且符合设计要求,验证了设计方法和参数是合理有效的。
This paper studies high-power Bi Buck-Boost DC/DC transformation unit.Engineering design method is used in the regulator design of the current mode closed-loop control.The DC/DC transformation unit experimental prototype is built,and its control unit is based on TMS320F28335.Aiming at the realization of digital regulator,the incremental digital regulator algorithm is deduced which processes two high order form regulator.The output characteristics of DC/DC transformation unit are validated by simulation program and test prototype devices.The results are consistent of simulation and test, and the results are in accordance with design requirements.So the design is reasonable and effective.
