摘要
生态城市设计的关键是建立一个生态基础设施系统,为城市的可持续发展和宜居环境的营造提供一系列生态系统服务,包括生物生产、环境调节、生命承载、休憩及审美服务。这些服务在传统工业化的城市中是需要靠高投入和强维护的灰色基础设施来提供的。武汉五里界生态城设计将城市雨洪管理作为生态基础设施的核心功能,并将雨水管理、生物生产、水体净化、生物栖息地保护、游憩系统及绿色通勤(自行车和步行)等诸多生态及人文过程,通过一个三级廊道系统整合在一起,形成生态城市的基础结构,营造一个低维护成本、低技术、低碳、适应气候变化和独具地方个性的生态型宜居城市。
The key of ecological urban design is establishing an infrastructural system which provides a set of services for sustainable development and livable environment creation. The services include natural organism production, environmental adjustment, life capacity, recreation, and beautification, and they all need high investment and maintenance from traditional grey infrastructural system in industrial cities. Wuhan Wulijie ecological urban design sets urban flooding management as the key function of ecological infrastructural system, and integrates rainwater management, water purification, life sanctuary protection, and green transport systems with a three- level corridor system. It forms the basic structure of the ecological city, and creates a low maintenance, low technique, low carbon, climate change adaptive, livable city.
