二级甲等综合医院护士执业环境现状的调查分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨二级甲等综合医院护士对护理执业环境的认可程度以及根据调查结果找出现存的问题并提出建议。方法:用中文版盖洛普Q 12调查表,对300名二级甲等综合医院护士进行调查和评估护理执业环境。结果:300名护士对Q 12问卷得分较高的是Q 1,Q 10,Q 9,Q 2条目,均在4分以上;得分较低的是Q 6,Q 5,Q 3,Q 4;在盖洛普Q 12问卷4个维度的得分由高到低依次是基本需求、团队合作、自我发展、护士长支持。基本需求与学历、科室相关,护士长的支持与职称、科室相关。结论:护理管理者要善于应用激励机制,营造和谐、积极向上的人性化氛围,激发护士的潜能,促进护理事业的发展。 Objective:To discuss the recognition level for nurse practising environment situation in the two level comprehensive hospitals and identify the existing problems and advance recommendations according to the results.Methods:To investigate and evaluate the nurses nursing practice environment with 300 nurses used Gallup Q12 questionnaire method in the first two level comprehensive hospitals.Results:In hospitals,the higher score was Q1,Q10,Q9,Q2,all above 4 points;the lower score were Q6,Q5,Q3,Q4.With Gallup Q12 questionnaire,the four dimensions of scoring from high to low in turn was the basic demand,the team cooperation,self development,supporting from the head nurse.Basic demand is related to education departments,supporting from the head nurse and title related department.Conclusion:Nursing manager should be good at using incentive mechanism to create harmonious positive human atmosphere and stimulate the nurse's proficiency.It can promote the development of the nursing delivery.
