摘要
将纳米蒙脱土、十六烷三甲基溴化铵插层处理后的纳米蒙脱土、面粉分别对脲醛树脂进行改性,用改性后的脲醛树脂制备胶合板,并检测其胶合强度和游离甲醛释放量。结果表明:相比面粉,用纳米蒙脱土和插层处理纳米蒙脱土改性的脲醛树脂制得的胶合板均表现出了较好的胶合性能和较低的游离甲醛释放量,且插层处理纳米蒙脱土改性的脲醛树脂性能更优异。
In this study, urea-formaldehyde resin (UF) was treated with nano-montmorillonite and organic nano-montmorillonite modified by cetyltrimethylammonitm bromide bromide (CTAB). These UFs were then used to produce plywood, respectively. For comparison, UF mixed with flour was used to produce plywood as the control group. The results indicated that plywood treated with intercalation modification showed the best over-all properties, and the plywood treated with nano-monunorillonite exhibited better properties than the control group.
