摘要
阐述了配位滴定法测定汽油抗爆剂甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰(简称MMT)的Mn含量的原理,并对滴定条件进行了论证.MMT溶于氯仿中,然后加入溴溶液和HCl溶液进行处理以分解有机锰化合物,加热蒸去溶液中残留的溴,残渣以水胶状的酸分离出来.溶液的pH值可以通过NH4Cl和NH3…H2O进行调节.利用钙镁指示剂为指示剂,用EDTA溶液测定锰的含量,滴定终点颜色变化敏锐.该方法的RSD为0.11%~0.15%(n=3),平均回收率为99.56%~100.10%,方法准确、简便,可用于MMT中Mn含量的测定.
An analytical method for the determination of Mn in the gasoline anti-detonator--methyl cyclopentadiene three carbonyl manganese(i.e.MMT) by complexometric titration is described in the study,and has carried out a demonstration of the principle and the titrate condition of the method.MMT dissolves in the chloroform,and has added the bromine solution and HCl solution to decompose the organic manganese compound.To steam the remaining bromine solution,the remains separate in the form of acid.The solution pH value may control through adding NH4Cl and NH3…H2O.When using the calmagite as indicator and EDTA solution to determine the Mn content,the end point of titration color change is keen.This RSD is in 0.11%~0.15%(n=3),the average returns-ratio in 99.56%~100.10%.The method is accurate and simple,and is available to determinate the Mn content in MMT.
