一种发动机涡轮导向器喉道排气面积直接测量装置,包括外壳、支撑定位机构、测量机构、传递机构和辅助机构;此种测量装置利用综合三角形重心测量原理和系列机械结构转换,直接获得的是被测发动机涡轮导向器喉道排气通道面积相对标准件型腔的面积偏差,简化测量操作,提高测量效率和测量精度。
An engine turbine nozzle throat venting area direct-measuring device, includes shell, supporting and locating mechanism, measurement mechanism, transmission mechanism and auxiliary mechanism, the device, using design principle of integrated triangle measuring method and a series of transformations of mechanism, obtain directly deviation of engine turbine nozzle throat venting area, comparing the cavity area of the standard unit. it can simplify the operation, improving the efficiency and precision of measurement.
