中美“亚冷战”:特征、成因及中国的应对被引量：10

摘要自美国"重返亚太"以来,越来越多的迹象显示中美关系正走向一种"亚冷战"状态,其特征是战略互疑增长、竞多于合、敌大于友、表里不一、双边关系频现紧张、危机管控常态化等。中美实力差距明显缩小但仍严重不对称、美国"重返亚太"突出其对华"接触+遏制"总体战略中"遏制"的一面、两国利益深度交织的相互依存等因素驱动中美形成"亚冷战"关系。中国应积极应对未来中美"亚冷战"仍将持续的局面,力避中美"亚冷战"滑向新"冷战"。
