营养改良型转基因作物的营养及特殊功效评价研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 由于食物缺乏和营养不良等问题仍然存在,以及对高营养品质的食品需求越来越大,通过现代农业生物技术获得的营养改良型转基因作物受到越来越多的关注。目前这类产品已得到大量的研究和开发,其中一些已进入商业化生产阶段。本文就营养改良型转基因作物的营养及特殊功效评价研究进展进行综述。
