摘要
通过理论构想和实际访谈设计编写了大学生就业力自评量表,经过项目分析、项目筛选和探索性因子分析,最终形成了包含26个条目,包括自我发展能力、人际沟通能力、就业自信心、实践能力、适应能力5个分量表的正式问卷。经过检验,发现大学生就业力自评量表具有较好的信度和效度,可以用于测量大学生的就业力情况。
The authors designed and compiled college students' employment ability self--check list based on theoretical ideas and results of interviews. Formal questionnaire which contains 26 entries,include 5 subscales., self--development ability,interpersonal communication skills, self--confidence of employment, practical ability and ability to adapt were made after item analysis, project selection and exploratory factor analysis. After tested, the authors found that reliability and validity of college Students' employment ability self--check list were good,it could be used to measure the situation of college students' employment ability.
