摘要
聚酰胺66具有较好的机械强度,但力学性能和热性能不突出。因此我们采用玻纤增强尼龙66产品的工艺配方,达到提高产品的力学性能和耐热性,同时降低模收缩率的目的。从而扩大了聚酰胺66的应用领域,使之广泛应用在交通运输工具、电工零部件、机械及部件、仪器仪表、军用产品、建筑及装饰材料等多个领域。
Polyamide 66 has a good mechanical strength, but the mechanical properties and thermal properties are not prominent. Therefore, we have adopted the process formulations of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 products, to improve mechanical properties and heat resistance, while reducing mold shrinkage of purpose. Thereby expanding the applications of polyamide 66, is widely used in various fields of the means of transport, electrical components, mechanical components, instrumentation, military products, construction and decoration materials.
