58例锁骨粉碎性骨折锁骨钢板内固定治疗疗效观察

目的探讨通过对采用锁骨钢板固定方法治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折的疗效进行研究和分析,探讨其优势和不足,总结经验,以更好地指导临床对锁骨粉碎性骨折的治疗。方法随机选择2009年8月～2011年8月58名锁骨粉碎性骨折患者,采用锁骨钢板内固定的手术方法进行治疗,对其临床治疗效果和资料进行回顾分析。结果对58名患者手术治疗后进行了跟踪随访,时间为8～18个月,骨折临床愈合时间为58名患者均在手术后7～10周之内骨折临床愈合,有效率为98.3%,疗效较好,无不良反应的出现,无钢板及螺钉松动、折断等。结论锁骨钢板内固定治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折具有较好的治疗效果和较高的临床使用价值和推广价值。

Objective Research the effects of 58 cases of comminuted clavicular fracture which cured by clavicle plate internal fixation, and analysis through the use of subclavian steel plate fixation for clavicle comminuted fracture of the efficacy and to explore its strengths and weaknesses, .） sum up experience, in order to better guide the clinical treatment of comminuted fracture of the right clavicle. Methods Random selection of our hospital from August 2009 to August 2011, 58 clavicle comminuted fracture patients, clavicle plate fixation surgery treatment, its clinical treatment effect and the data were analyzed retrospectively. Results Our hospital after surgical treatment of 58 patients followed up, time is 8 to 18 months, fracture healing time of 58 were within 7 to 10 weeks after surgery fracture healing, the effective rate of 98.3%,good effect, no adverse reactions appear, no plates and screws loose, broken. Conclusion Clavicle plate fixed clavicle comminuted fracture has a high treatmengood curative t effect, bone recovery, good rate, no adverse reaction has high clinical value in use and promotion of value. It is worthy of clinical application
