摘要
通过临床床旁生化分析 (葡萄糖、丙酮酸、乳酸、甘油、谷氨酸和尿素 )显示 ,脑内微透析作为一种常规方法可用于神经外科手术和神经病加强监护治疗过程 .现有的技术和设备是标准的 ,使之能与来源于其它中心的数据相比 .该研究提供的正常值可作为一种参考来评价脑外伤和脑出血病人微透析期间的变化 .
We have used the microdialysis equipment described above since more than 4 years and performed more than 100 000 bedside biochemical analyses in more than 100 patients. The ordinary nurses and assistant nurses have performed all the biochemical analyses bedside. No complications or side effects have been observed. This report shows that intracerebral microdialysis with bedside biochemical analyses (glucose,pyruvate,lactate,glycerol,glutamate,and urea) can be performed as a routine procedure during neurosurgical operations and neuro intensive care. The technique and instrumentation presented are standardized and will allow comparison of data from different centers. The normal values for the metabolites here described will serve as reference values for the interpretation of the changes observed during microdialysis in patients with traumatic brain injury or hemorrhage.
