益经糖浆治疗卵巢早衰临床研究

Clinical Study of Yijing Syrup for Treating Premature Ovarian Failure

目的:观察益经糖浆治疗卵巢早衰的临床观察。方法:对照组30例口服戊酸雌二醇,连续28天,后14天加服醋酸甲羟孕酮(安宫黄体酮),共3个周期;治疗1组31例在与对照组治疗相同的基础上加服益经糖浆,共3个周期;治疗2组30例只服用益经糖浆,共3个周期。结果:总有效率治疗1组90.0%、治疗2组73.3%、对照组66.7%,治疗1组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。3组治疗后内分泌激素(FSH、LH、E2)水平比较有明显改善,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较均有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。3组治疗后卵巢的体积、卵泡数、卵泡大小、卵巢内血流分布(PSV、RI)较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),但治疗1组较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。服药后治疗1组恶心、呕吐、失眠3例(9.7%),治疗2组无不良反应发生,对照组恶心、呕吐、失眠11例(33.3%)。3组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰疗效显著,且不良反应明显降低。

Objective：Observation profit by syrup in the treatment of premature ovarian failure of clinical observation.Methods：30 cases of the control group oral estradiol valerate1mg/d,for 28 consecutive days,14 days after taking medroxyprogesterone acetate（MPA）6mg/d,a total of 3cycle1;treatment group and 31 cases in the control group on the basis of,and use the syrup,a total of 3 cycles;treatment of 2 groups 30 patients taking usufruct the syrup,continuous take3 cycles.Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group treatment group 90.0%、73.3%、and 66.7% in the control group,treatment group 1 and control group had significant difference（P〈0.05）.In three groups after the treatment of endocrine hormones（FSH,LH,E2） level has obviously improved,and before treatment and control group after treatment,the difference was very significant（P〈0.01）.Three groups after treatment of ovarian volume,number of follicles,follicular size,ovarian blood flow distribution（PSV,RI） are compared with before treatment to improve curative effect,there were significant difference in meaning（P〈0.05）,but the treatment group 1more than that of the control group significantly（P〈0.05）.Treatment of1 groups of nausea and vomiting,insomnia3 cases（9.7%） treated group 2control group without adverse reaction,nausea and vomiting,insomnia11 cases（33.3%）.Comparison of the two groups,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of premature ovarian failure,a significant effect,Chinese medicine treatment can significantly reduce the side effects of Western medicine.
