血液中心采血护士针刺暴露原因调查及防护对策

目的:调查南京红十字血液中心采血护士在采血过程中发生针刺暴露的情况,分析发生针刺暴露的原因,探讨防护措施。方法:通过半开放式问卷调查对76名采血护士进行回顾性问卷调查。结果:29名发生过针刺暴露,发生率38.16%。针刺伤的主要原因有血液采集和拔针、留取标本、以及处理针头等。结论:采血护士针刺暴露发生率较高,加强自我防护意识,规范血站采血护士的操作行为,是减少针刺暴露的有效措施。故应加强全面性防护概念的教育,预防针刺伤,减少经血液传播疾病的发生。

Objective： To investigate rate, cause, psychology and prevention of needle -stick injuries among blood collection nurses in Nanjing Red Cross Blood Center. Methods：A retrospective questionnaire was distributed to a convenience sample of 76 blood collection nurses. Results：Totally 29 of nurses（38.16% ）suffered from needlestick injuries. The main reasons of needle - stick included collecting blood and pulling needles, collecting specimen, separating needle and so on. Conclusions：Blood collection nurses should consolidate them self - protec- tive consciousness. Therefore, it is a very important task of occupational prevention to improve the education of concept of universal precautions, prevent needle stab and reduce the occurrence of blood spread diseases.
