环境政策CGE模型研究综述

A Review of Environmental Policy CGE Model

环境CGE模型是近些年研究环境政策效应的主要工具之一,国内外学者对此进行了大量研究。本文回顾了环境CGE模型的发展历程并对其进行了分类,并从碳减排政策、污染调控政策、节能政策、水资源问题、贸易自由化政策等方面对环境CGE的应用现状进行了介绍。本文还对环境CGE的研究局限进行了总结,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。

Environmental CGE model is one of the main tools during studying environmental policy effect in recent years, and do- mestic and fore/gn scholars have conducted extensive researches. This paper firstly reviewed the development course and the c]ass^cafion d environnmental CGE model; secondly, the article introduced the environmental CGE application status fium the carbon emition reduction pocies, pollution control policy, energy policy, problem of water resources and trade liber, liberalization policy; finally, the arlicle summarized the environment CGE research limitations and forecasted its future development trend.
