摘要
以"富士"苹果为试材,研究了1-MCP整库处理对其低温贮藏条件下及货架期间呼吸特性和贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:1-MCP处理可以明显降低"富士"苹果冷藏及货架期间的乙烯释放速率和呼吸强度,延缓果实硬度的降低,保持可滴定酸的含量,抑制果实可溶性固形物的上升,维持"富士"苹果良好的商品品质和风味,延长货架期。
Taking Majus purnila Mill 'Fuji'as test materials,the effects of some quality changes and fresh-keeping were investigated with 1-MCP whole base treatment during cold storage and shelf period. The results showed that 1-MCP treatment inhibited significantly ethlene release rate and respiration intensity, slowed down the decrease in the flesh firmness obviously,kept its content of titrable acid, restrained the increase in the flesh soluble solids and remain its favorable commercial quality and taste,so that shelf period could belengthened.
