集成微光机电系统在光通信中的应用与展望

摘要 在需求推动下 ,光通信技术目前处于高速发展时期。集成微光机电系统是近年来飞速发展起来的高技术。将其应用于光通信 ,必将促进光通信技术向更深层次发展。本文分析了当前集成微光机电系统在通信用光器件方面的研究与应用情况 。 Driving by social demands, optical communication is now on its high-speed developing road. Integrated micro-opto-electro-mechanical system (MOEMS) is a high-tech developed recently. In this paper, we discussed the current research and appolication conditions of MOEMS on optical devices for optical communication. The tendency of the integration of optical systems is also prospected.
