摘要
对苏里格气田苏76区块天然气生产系统数字化管理进行介绍,实现集气站和单井的数字化管理,首先必须构建数字化网络,建立数字化管理平台,然后在此基础上,开发相应的应用模块,实现集气站和单井的远程控制、设备故障诊断等。数字化建设的应用,提高了工作管理的效率,使得人员管理成本得到了有效的降低,控制并减少了生产中的安全风险,有效的减少了采气工的用工数量。
The digital management of natural gas production of 76 block of Sulige gas field was introduced. In order to achieve digital management of gas gathering station and single well, the digital network must firstly be constructed, the digital management platform was established, on the base of this, relevant application module was developed to achieve the remote control of gas gathering station and single well or fault diagnosis of equipments. The application of digital construction can increase the efficiency of management work, effectively reduce the cost of personnel management, control and reduce the safety risk in the course of production, effectively reduce the quantity of gasworkers.
