摘要
信息共享空间(IC)的学生助理可以分担专业馆员工作,提高工作效率;发挥朋辈教育的优势,促进用户交流;促进学生助理参与体验,提高信息素养。我国大学图书馆在开展IC的学生助理管理工作时,应构建交流型的图书馆文化,创造有利于学生助理工作的环境;完善学生助理管理制度,规范学生助理的行为;成立学生助理自主管理团队,发挥朋辈激励的优势;加强与教学部门、学生社团的合作,使IC成为大学的重要组成部分。
The student assistant of Information Commons (IC) could share the work of professional librarians, improve the work efficiency; play advantages of the peer education, promote the user communication; promote the participation experience of student assistants, and improve the information literacy. While carrying out the student assistant management of IC, university libraries in China should build the exchanging type of the library culture, create the environment which contributes to the work of student assistants; perfect the student assistant management system, standardize the behavior of student assistants; establish the autonomic management team of student assistants, play advantages of the peer education; strengthen the cooperation with academic departments and student associations, make IC become the important part of the university.
