摘要
对山东钢铁股份有限公司莱芜分公司50 t超高功率电弧炉冶炼工艺和生产数据进行解析,通过对不同入炉铁水比例的物料平衡、热平衡计算和生产实践,得出了电炉工序冶炼电耗、氧气消耗参数,提出了4种工况下的冶炼操作模型,对同类型电炉生产具有相当的参考价值。
The steelmaking process and the production data ot 50 t ultra-high power elec- tric arc furnace are analyzed in this paper, and the values of electric power consumption and oxygen consumption are gained by the EAF mass and heat balance calculation of dif- ferent hot metal charged ratio, including production practice in Laiwu Steel Pants. Then four steelmaking operation models for different working conditions helpful for the same kind of EAF plants are put forward.
