摘要 针对平衡式双螺杆压缩机的结构要求及技术特征,提出为消除轴向力而左右对称布置两个工作腔,以达到两端排气、中部吸气的结构特征为根本目的的中隔板及吸排气口设计方法和结构形式,并以实例说明设计计算过程。 In view of the structure and technical features of the balancing double-screw compressor, the design methods and structures of mid-plate and suction and exhaust ports were presented for the fundamental purposes of eliminating axial force and the two symmetrical working chambers had the structural features, namely exhaust was arranged on both sides and suction was placed in the middle. An example was used to illustrate the design calculation process.
