针灸——疫苗研究领域的又一新型佐剂 被引量:1

Acupuncture:another new adjuvant in vaccine research

摘要 探讨针灸是否能通过增强疫苗的免疫效应,而成为一种新型的疫苗佐剂及可能的效应机制。首先,文献表明针灸是预防传染性疾病的重要方法;其次,针灸增强机体单核-吞噬细胞系统功能、刺激淋巴细胞增殖分化的作用与佐剂提高疫苗免疫效应的机制相似;再次,实验研究为针灸的佐剂效应提供了佐证;最后提出假说,针灸很可能是通过激活内源性佐剂物质(热休克蛋白)而增强疫苗的免疫效应,发挥佐剂的作用。 The possibility of acupuncture to become a new vaccine adjuvant through strengthening the immunological effect of vaccine and its possible effect mechanism are discussed in the article.Firstly,it is approved in Chinese medicine literatures that acupuncture is a major method in prevention of epidemic diseases.Secondly,the mechanism of the functions of acupuncture in reinforcing the mononuclear phagocytic system and in stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of the lymphocyte are similar to the function of adjuvant in reinforcing the immunological effect of vaccine.Thirdly,the experimental research provides evidence to the adjuvant effect of acupuncture.Finally,presupposition is proposed that the adjuvant effect of acupuncture might be brought into play through activation of endogenous adjuvant(heat shock protein) which can strengthen the immunological effect of vaccine.
