State Council issued the notice regarding the development of the national education system reform, which marks the full launch of national education system reform. Planning the construction of a modem police college should be in conjunction with the national medium-and long-term technology development plan in order to figure out a construction plan, enhance the core competitiveness of discipline development, reflect innovation capability of the modem police college, promote academic level and technological level. A suitable plan for the construction and development of modem police officers should be sought in line with the development of the academy.
