摘要
以某太阳能电池生产企业含氟废水为研究对象,针对其水质变化大、处理过程控制难等问题,采用两级处理工艺,运用控制变量法优化其运行参数为:一级处理以pH为控制指标,用氢氧化钙将含氟废水pH调至7-9,出水氟离子质量浓度降到40mg/L以下;二级处理中投加2000mg/L的硫酸铝,并用氢氧化钠调pH为6.5~7.5,最终出水氟离子质量浓度≤10mg/L,达到《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准(GB8978-1996)。
The fluorine-containing wastewater in a solar cell production industry has been studied. Aiming at the problems ,such as big changes of water quality and the difficulty in controlling the treatment courses, a two-stage treatment process is used. The running parameters optimized by variable controlling method under experimental conditions are as fol]ows :in the first treatment stage, pH is taken as the controlling index, calcium hydroxide is used for adjusting the pH of fluorine-containing wastewater to 7-9, and the mass concentration of fluorine ions in effluent is decreased to less than 40 mg/L. In the second treatment stage, 2 000 mg/L aluminum sulfate is added, and sodium hydroxide is used for adjusting the pH to 6.5-7.5. Finally,the mass concentration of effluent fluorine ions is 〈 10 rag/L, reaching the first class of Integrated WastewaterDischarge Standard (GB 8978- 1996).
