摘要
教学与科研,是高校两条相互依存的生命线。当前,由于内部与外部评价机制的不合理、投入机制的不合理以及学校及教师价值理念的偏差等主客观因素,高校教学、科研并不太和谐。这需要我们克服急功近利的思想,科学地定位高校的发展目标;合理确立评价标准,建立科学的考评体系;对教学与科研进行统筹规划,优化教学科研的激励机制。
Teaching and scientific research,the two lifelines of a university,are interdependent.Nowadays,because of some subjective and objective factors such as the irrational evaluation mechanism from the interior and exterior,universities′and teachers′value idea bias and so on,discordant sound has emerged in the development of teaching and research.To get rid of puzzlement and surpass,we should overcome the eagerness for quick success and instant benefit,position the goal of universities and colleges in scientific development,and establish reasonable evaluation criteria and a scientific evaluation system.We should also plan,coordinate and optimize the incentive mechanism of teaching and scientific research.
