A Study on Internet Based Finance Model

以互联网为代表的现代信息科技,特别是移动支付、社交网络、搜索引擎和云计算等,将对人类金融模式产生根本影响。可能出现既不同于商业银行间接融资、也不同于资本市场直接融资的第三种金融融资模式,称为"互联网金融模式"。本文研究了互联网金融模式的支付方式、信息处理和资源配置。

Modern information technologies, especially mobile payment, social network, search engine, and cloud computation, will transform financial system in a fundamental way. There will be a new finance mode which is different from commercial banks and security markets. We call it internet based finance mode. This paper is the first one to explore this new topic, covering its payment facilities, information processing technolo- gies, and resource allocation methods.
