在高度知识密集型的医疗行业,医院一直以来都比较重视医护人员的培养和引进,忽略了后勤人才队伍的建设,面对现代化医疗技术的快速发展,三级医院在医护人员工作量越来越大的情况下,医院要通过加快后勤人才队伍的建设,积极探索后勤人才管理机制,在人才培养、引进、激励和管理等方面进行有益的探索,为医院的可持续发展提供有力的后勤保障。
In highly knowledge-intensive healthcare industry, hospitals have been more emphasis on training and introduction of the medical staff, but have ignored the construction of logistics personnel. In face of the rapid development of modem medical technology, under the situation that the workload of medical staff in three-class hospital become larger, the hospital should accelerate the construction of logistics personnel, actively explore the logistics talent management mechanisms and make useful exploration on the training, introduction, incentives and management aspects of personnel to provide strong logistical protection for the sustainable development of the hospital.
