糖肝康对CCl_4肝损伤模型肝功能影响机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察具有健脾益气、调肝解毒活血之效的糖肝康,对CCl4所致慢性肝损伤大鼠肝功能、炎性因子及氧化应激相关指标的影响。方法用腹腔注射40%CCl4的方法建立慢性肝损伤大鼠模型,并分为4组(n=10):模型对照组、糖肝康小剂量与大剂量组、降糖甲对照组,另加空白对照组(n=10),分别灌胃。药物干预12周后,观察糖肝康对慢性肝损伤大鼠TNF-α、IL-6、SOD、MDA及其肝功能的影响。结果糖肝康不仅可以使慢性肝损伤大鼠ALT、AST水平明显降低,还能有效地降低肝损伤大鼠的炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6和氧化应激相关指标SOD、MDA的水平。结论糖肝康对大鼠肝功能有明显的保护作用,其作用机制可能与其下调炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6的水平及抑制氧化应激有关。 Objective To observe the effect of Tanggankang on the liver function, expression of inflammatory factors in the liver and oxidative stress in the of CCIa-induced liver injury rat model. Methods Rat model were induced with CC14 and randomly divided into 4 groups ( n = 4 ) : control group, small dose of Tanggankang group, large dose of Tanggankang group and Jiang- tangjia group. The effect of Tanggankang on liver function and expression of TNF-α, IL-6, SOD and MDA in the liver of liver inju- ry rat were observed. Results The levels of ALT, AST, TNF-α, IL-6, SOD and MDA all decreased. Conclusion Tanggankang has a significant protective effect on liver function, and the mechanism may be related to the effect on lowering the inflammatory factors and oxidative stress-related indicators.
