摘要
试验研究了温度和添加剂对MoO3挥发的影响。结果表明,温度越高,MoO3挥发越激烈,1 600℃时挥发率达到13.22%。当添加CaO时,MoO3挥发率降低,1 600℃下当w(CaO)达到20%~30%时,MoO3的挥发率降低到2%左右。XRD分析结果表明,CaO与MoO3生成了CaMoO4,从而降低了MoO3的活性,因此添加CaO能有效抑制MoO3的挥发。
The influence of temperature and additive agent on the volatilization of molybdenum oxide (MoO3)is studied in this paper. The results showed that with the increase of temperature the volatilization of MoOa increased, and the volatilization rate of MoO3 was up to 13.22 % at 1 600℃. The volatilization of MoO3 decreased remarkablely with the addition of CaO. In the condition of adding 20-30 CaO, the volatilization rate could be down to about 2 % at 1 600℃. XRD analysis indicated that CaO reacted with MoO4 has formed CaMoO4 the activity of MoO3 decreased , therefore, the added CaO could depress the volatilization of MoO4
