摘要
介绍了在微机控制皮带配料中PID控制的实际应用。在设计过程中采用计算机模拟仿真找出最佳参数的范围 ,在运行中实现实时调节 ,以达到提高控制质量的目的。本设计的主要思想已成功地应用到具体产品设计之中。
The application of a control technique in the design of a kind of belt weightier is introduced. The optimum range of parameters is found by computer simulation and all its parameters can be regulated on line during the operation to achieve the best results of control. This technique is used in practice and proved to be efficient.
