摘要
建立了丝杠磨削热引起的温度分布理论计算模型 ,在此基础上分析了温升与工件热变形的关系 .利用神经网络对丝杠热变形误差的计算模型进行了简化 ,通过输入有关的磨削参数 (磨削功率、工件转速、螺纹长度等 ) 。
The model for calculating the temperature distribution of leadscrew caused by grinding heat is established and the relationship between the temperature and thermal deformation is given. By use of the theory of artificial neural network, the simplify algorithm of the thermal deformation is analysed.
