To summarize cesarean care points of one case of twin pregnancy complicated by multiple organ dysfunction in women,by maintaining the smooth circulation of narcotic medication to minimize the damage to the liver and kidney,and other measures to correct coagulation disorders,the occurrence of organ dysfunction,organ support system to provide active treatment.The successful completion of the surgery successfully saved the lives of pregnant women and two fetuses which were discharged.
