恶性肿瘤并发急性肾损伤血液净化治疗的临床研究

Clinical research of malignancies patients complicated by acute kidney injury in blood purification therapy

目的观察恶性肿瘤并发急性肾损伤患者血液净化的时机、血管通路建立选择、治疗的效果、预后及生存时间。方法 31例恶性肿瘤并发急性肾损伤的患者,在有明确的肾脏替代治疗指征的情况下接受血液净化治疗。结果 5例患者肾功能恢复,脱离血液净化,26例患者肾功能未恢复,透析维持时间平均4.5个月。结论恶性肿瘤并发急性肾损伤时及时行血液净化治疗能改善症状,延长生命,但是预后差,患者存活时间多较短。

Objective To observe malignancies patients complicated by acute kidney injury on timing of blood purification therapy,selection of establishing vascular access,curative effect,prognosis and survival time.Methods 31 cases of malignancies patients complicated by acute kidney injury,in case there are clear indications of renal replacement therapy,were accepted blood purification treatment.Results Five cases of renal function recovered from blood purification,26 cases of renal function did not recover,and dialysis for an average of 4.5 months.Conclusion Malignancies patients complicated by acute kidney injury in time line of blood purification therapy can improve symptoms and prolong life,but with poor prognosis in patients with more than a shorter survival time.
