摘要
文职人员作为新生力量充实到军队院校教学岗位,成为军事人才培养战线的一支重要力量。作为用人单位的军队院校如何严格聘任、科学培训和合理使用,充分发挥这支队伍的群体优势,形成规模效益,是当前值得深入研究的一个重要课题。
As a new force in the teaching post of military academies, civilians are becoming an impor- tant force for the military personnel training. In order to achieve larger resource scale, military acade- mies, as the units of choosing and employing personnel, should exploit its advantages and optimize its group competition. How to employ civilians with strict measures, and to administrate with fair use, is a significant subject worthy of to train with scientific approaches further study.
