HPLC法测定山药不同炮制品中5-羟甲基糠醛及糠醛的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立山药不同炮制品的质量评价方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Waters BEH(50×2.1mm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(2:98),流速为0.3ml/min,柱温为40℃。结果:麸炒山药中5-羟甲基糠醛及糠醛的含量较高,炮制前后有比较明显的变化。结论:方法准确、可靠,可用于山药不同炮制品的质量评价指标。
