几种化合物对石棉诱导人胚肺细胞产生超氧阴离子的抑制作用 被引量:4

摘要 用不同浓度的柠檬酸铝、混合稀土或硒酸钠溶液浸泡温石棉1 小时后,再将其与人胚肺(HEL) 细胞共同孵育,测定培养液中超氧阴离子(O-2 ) 含量。结果显示,温石棉可诱导HEL细胞产生O-2 。但与未处理温石棉组相比,经3 种化合物预处理的温石棉所致HEL细胞产生的O-2 量明显降低,其抑制率随化合物浓度的增加而增高,呈一定的剂量依赖性。表明用上述3 种化合物预处理温石棉,均可抑制其诱导HEL细胞产生O-2 。 After being soaked in aluminium citrate,mixed rare earths or sodium selenite soultions at different concentrations for 1 hour,chrysotile were incubated with human embryo lung(HEL) cells.Then,the superoxide anion(O - 2)in the culture medium were determined.The results showed that chrysotile caused increase of O - 2 in the culture medium,but the three compounds pretreated chrysotile induced less O - 2 production than the native chrysotile.These results indicated that the pretreatment of chrysotile with three compounds can inhibite the chrysotile induced O - 2 production in HEL cells.
