车前子及其易混伪品的扫描电镜鉴别

Identification of Cheqianzi Seeds and Its Adulterants by Microscopically Features

目的:鉴别药材车前子及其常见易混伪品,为中药车前子提供亚显微水平的鉴别依据。方法:应用扫描电镜技术对购买的江苏省内药店的车前子、葶苈子、菟丝子进行观察。结果:车前子及其易混伪品在种皮表面纹饰与长短径上均有明显差异。结论:根据扫描电镜特征以及种子大小可准确地鉴别出车前子及其易混伪品,可以保障车前子的安全使用。

To identify and establish a identification standard for Cheqianzi seed and it s adulterants , and provide submicroscopic level identification basic. Methods： Seed coat of Cheqianzi, Tinglizi, Tusizi in Jiangsu province observation with scanning electron microscope technology. Results： The three seeds had obvious differences in characters of surface and sizes. Conclusion ： Scanning Electron microscope methods can be used to identification seeds of Cheqianzi seed and its adulterants. This method can ensure to use Cheqianzi safely.
