摘要
以164名藏族女大学生为实验对象,采用《BFS心境量表》对其在体育锻炼前、后的心境状况进行了测量,旨在探讨不同运动技能(项目)对改善其心境状况的作用。结论是:从总体看,体育锻炼对改善藏族女大学生心境状况有一定的积极作用,对其负性心境状况改善尤为显著;闭式技能项目较之开式技能项目的改善效果更为明显。
Taking 164 Tibetan female students as subjects, using BFS Mood Scale, a study was made to measure their mood state before and after physical exercises in order to find out the role different sports play in improving their mood state. The conclusion is that, on the whole, physical exercise plays a positive role in improving their mood state, it can greatly help them change their negative mood state, and closed sports skills have better effect than open sports skills.
