中西医结合治疗排卵障碍型不育临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating the anovulation type of infertility in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西结合治疗对排卵率、妊娠率及流产率的影响。方法:将78例患者随机分为两组,研究组39例,对照组39例,研究组患者采用中西医治疗方法;对照组患者仅使用西医单纯治疗。观察并记录两组患者的治疗效果,进行统计学分析。结果:两组患者治疗后的卵泡成熟率及注射日子宫内膜厚度无显著差异;研究组与对照组患者治疗周期妊娠次数与流产次数无显著差异,流产率差异显著;研究组卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率与对照组发生率差异显著。结论:中西结合治疗排卵障碍型不育症作用稳定、副作用小,是一种经济安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective：To observe the effect of the integrative medicine on ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and abortion rate influence.Methods：78 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the study group 39 cases,39 cases of the control group,the study group patients were treated in the integrative medicine;patients in the control group using only simple treatment of Western medicine.Observing and recording in two groups of patients with treatment,statistical analysis.Results：The two groups of patients after treatment of follicular maturation rate and injection on endometrial thickness had no significant difference;study group and the control group of patients treated with cycle times of pregnancy and abortion times had no significant difference,abortion rate significantly;study group of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome incidence and control group the difference was significant.Conclusion：The effect of the integ rative medicine is to stabilize,the side effeets are small,and it is an economic and safe and effective treatment method.
