摘要
目的建立护理人员灾害应急知识评估量表条目池,并对其进行初步筛选。方法通过文献法、资料调研法建立条目池,采用Delphi专家咨询法进行条目池的筛选确定。结果最初的条目池由44个条目组成,经过两轮专家咨询后,初步拟定量表包含应急准备能力的8个方面,共44个条目。分别为:事故指挥系统职能以及你所需承担的角色8个条目,检伤分类5个条目,沟通和联络7个条目,心理问题和特殊人群6个条目,隔离、去污和检疫5个条目,流行病学及临床决策4个条目,报告和获取重要资源4个条目,生物制剂4个条目;另外,还有1个总体熟悉度条目。专家的有效回复率为100%;专家权威系数为0.892,判断系数为0.937,熟悉系数为0.847;经两轮咨询后,专家对条目的协调系数为0.351。结论采用多种科研方法得出了护理人员灾害应急知识评估量表条目池。初选的条目全面涵盖了护理人员在救灾减灾中需要掌握的应急知识,可评估护理人员灾害应急知识掌握程度,从而了解培训需求,并逐步制定出切实可行、针对需要、科学合理的培训系统。
Objective To establish disaster emergency knowledge assessment scale's item pool for nurses, and screen preliminary them. Methods First of all, we established disaster emer- gency knowledge assessment scale's item pool by using document research. Secondly, we initially screened the item pool by means of Delphi expert consultation. Results The initial item pool con- tains 44 entries. After two rounds of expert consultation, tentative scale contains eight aspects of emergency preparedness, a total of 44 entries. As follows, the items of incident command system and your role within It include 8 entries. Triage includes 5 entries. Communication and connectivity includes 7 entries. Psychological Issues includes 6 entries. Isolation, quarantine, and decontamina- tion includes 5 entries. Epidemiological and clinical decision-making includes 4 entries. Accessing critical resources and reporting includes 4 entries. Biological agents includes 4 entries. In addition to overall familiarity. Experts for efficient recovery rate is 100%. Expert authority coefficient is 0. 892 ,judgment coefficient is 0. 937, familiar with the coefficient is 0. 847. Two rounds of consulta- tion ,expert on the coordination degree W value is 0. 351. Conclusion Obtain nurses disaster emer- gency knowledge assessment scale's item pool by using a variety of research. The primary entries cover the emergency knowledge of nurses in disaster mitigation. They are able to assess nurses' disas- ter emergency knowledge mastery and understand the training needs. Depend on these entries, we can gradually develop a practical, targeted, scientific and rational training system.
